Seniors at James Logan High School in Union City are supposed to start taking finals Monday, but because of a New Haven teachers’ strike that’s now nine days old it’s unclear whether they will and who would administer the tests anyway. “At this point, I don’t see how anything is going to be normal,” Rob Washington, a Logan teacher, said Thursday afternoon.
