Equal Pay Day Applies To Black Men Too.
The idea is that white women and women of color don’t get equal pay. In other words the same money for the same job. But this problem applies to black men, too. If we ask for what we are worth, we tend not to get hired, so we lowball it. Removing racism solves that problem. via IFTTT
