The Oakland Raiders NFL Stadium Ronnie Lott Group Term Sheet consists of a financial agreement for a $1.3 billion NFL stadium at the Oakland Coliseum. The public investment is $350 million, the Lott Group is $400 million, and the NFL / Raiders are $500 million. That NFL Raiders part is $200 million from PSLs and $200 million from NFL loan, and then $100 million from NFL for an Oakland stadium.
