Six years have passed since Singh was shot and killed in the line of duty while pulling over a driver he suspected of drunken driving. That was when Paulo Virgen Mendoza shot and killed Singh. “A lot has changed in our lives in the last six years, and we are taking a day at a time. And some days are OK and some days are harder than the other, especially during the holiday times,” said Anamika S.
