At least six Bricks and Minifigs shops that sell collectible Lego products were burglarized in the past two months. The shop owners believe the same man may be the one breaking into their stores and quickly grabbing valuable toys. Some victims think the burglar, who sometimes works with an accomplice, surveys the stores first before breaking into them.

Jacinto Ávila, one of the grillers at the taco stand, said he got his start making tacos at stands in Boyle Heights, honing his skills at the grill before coming back to Mexico City a decade ago. The stand opened nearly 60 years ago in 1958, and it’s one of Mexico City’s 11,000 taco stands that serve the city’s 23 million inhabitants.
