The University of Hawaii men’s basketball team rallied late to defeat Weber State 73-68 in overtime on Sunday evening.

A Stan Sheriff Center crowd of 2,637 watched Hawaii improve to 4-0 prior to its Friday home game against national collegiate basketball powerhouse North Carolina.

Tanner Christensen led the Rainbow Warriors with a team-high 25 points, making his first nine field goal and free throw attempts. The Utah Tech graduate transfer finished 10-for-11 with four rebounds, including a 5-for-9 performance from the free throw line.
