Teresa Rolley was driving down Highway 99 in Sutter County with her daughter on Saturday when it began to hail suddenly. Rolley said she watched as other vehicles around her on the highway near East Nicolaus began to spin out. As her tires began to lose traction, she knew she had to do something to avoid the same thing happening to her. “I told my daughter, ‘I’m going to have to E-brake,” Rolley said. “Rather than what would be the norm with whipping up your E- brake, I did one click at a time.” Here’s the video of what unfolded. California Honey Festival moves last minute due to weather
