Oakland Councilmember Ken Houston Unethically Attacks Sean Everhart Who Is Filing Ethics ComplaintOn Wednesday April 1st, Oakland Resident Sean Everhart is coming in to the virtual room of Zennie62 Live to register a complaint against the alleged behavior of Oakland District 7 Councilmember Ken Houston. Sean Everhart reached out via Facebook to write that “Ken went crazy on me. I have the text messages to prove it.”What this is over is the problem of crime and grime in Sheffield Village which is in the southeast corner of Oakland and along the border of San Leandro. Sean has some pointed criticism of how Ken is not solving the problems of crime and grime in Sheffield Village, But rather than listen, Ken goes on the defensive and thinks Sean is disrespecting him, from the way Everhart tells the story:He is terrible. He doesn’t return emails. I sent him a text, because he gave me his number. I said “Hey did you get my emails” He then called and flipped the f out It sounded like he wanted to get in a bar fight. I said, “Well I’m going to record you now” at which point he hung up. He told me I was being disrespectfulThere’s no question that Councilmember Ken Houston is working his tail off at his job. But there’s also no question that Councilmember Ken Houston has a bedside way that leaves a lot to be desired. There’s the sad incident of Councilmember Ken Houston flipping the bird at the public audience at an Oakland City Council last year, And there’s Ken’s issues with Oakland legend Gene Hazzard, which he’s cleared up of late. One can go on, and on, but one thing is clear: we are all concerned about and love Oakland Councilmember Ken Houston. So, Sean plans to come on the program and share his problem in more detail.Stay tuned,

Note from Oakland News Now Blog, Zennie62 YouTube, and Zennie62Media: this Oakland News Online Blog video-blog post demonstrates the full and live operation of the latest updated version of an experimental Zennie62Media , Inc. mobile media video-blogging system network that was launched June 2018. This is a major part of Zennie62Media , Inc.’s new and innovative approach to the production of news media. This is what we call “The Third Wave of Media”. The uploaded video is from a vlogger with the Zennie62 on YouTube Partner Channel, then uploaded to and formatted automatically at the Oakland News Online Blog site and Zennie62Media -created and owned social media pages. The overall objective is smartphone-enabled, real-time, on the scene reporting of news, interviews, observations, and happenings anywhere in the World and within seconds and not hours. Now, news is reported with a smartphone: no heavy and expensive cameras or even a laptop are necessary, thus less chance for Oakland News Online Blog, Zennie62 YouTube vloggers to be robbed. The secondary objective is faster, and very inexpensive media content news production and distribution. We have found there is a disconnect between post length and time to product and revenue generated. With this, the problem is far less, though by no means solved. Zennie62Media is constantly working to improve the system network coding and seeks interested content and media technology partners.
