Oakland (Special to OaklandNewsOnline.com) – Janani Ramachandran sent over her giuide to the 2024 Election in Oakland. And with that, here’s Janani:
Dear Oaklander,
Tomorrow is Election Day in Oakland and across the nation! Our right to vote serves as an enduring reminder of the importance of democratic participation in challenging times, and the hard-fought privileges that we have to be able to vote.
If you haven’t already voted, you can still submit your mail-in ballot at any U.S. Postal Service location or at one of the City’s ballot drop boxes – check out our handy graphic below. You can also vote in person on Election Day from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM at your designated polling place.
