Brooklyn Basin Affordable Housing Up For Oakland City Council. Is It Enough?

Brooklyn Basin, the 3,000 unit 65-acre housing development once called “Oak-To-Ninth” is to have 465 units of affordable housing. But is that enough? Why not increase the number to 1,000, considering the original 465 tag was made over 10 years ago?
